  5. Interviews (75 mins each): Scheduled on Wednesday, 11 December, and Thursday, 12 December 2024.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and make recommendations to employing or contracting organisations based on sound judgement and policy interpretation.
  • Practical experience managing complex performance cases.
  • Understanding of improvement tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of NHS strategy and policy agendas.

Experience

  • Experience managing performance concerns within regulatory frameworks, including Performers Lists and Maintaining High Professional Standards (MHPS).
  • Practical experience in handling complex performance cases.

  • Recent experience at a senior level with a proven ability to drive change using professional knowledge.
  • Experience facilitating and managing organisational change.
  • Collaboration experience with senior managers and leaders.
  • Good understanding of educational and management strategies for addressing poor performance.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate-level education or equivalent knowledge, experience, and competency.
